SHIPPING POLICY

The Company PhoneMan.in shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the Website (www.phoneman.in) is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, user understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within above mentioned timelines.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our products irrespective of the cart value. Any or all kinds of shipping charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by the Company and not by the Customer.

In case User books order of multiple products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If User purchases multiple products in single transaction, then the products can be shipped at the different addresses within the same area / location chosen individually by the user at the time of checkout.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked on the product page once the pin code is entered.

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pin code and check the availability.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done either Company’s own logistic team or through any reputed courier service providers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax etc.

Does www.croma.com deliver internationally?

Currently, www.phoneman.in does not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.

RETRUN & REFUND POLICY

Product is returnable within the applicable return window mentioned on the product detail page, only in case the product received is damaged, has any missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from the description mentioned on the product detail page on www.phoneman.in.

Customers can request for a replacement unless mentioned otherwise on the product detail page.

For scenarios wherein the product received is damaged or has any missing parts/accessories, the PhoneMan.in team will contact the customer to confirm details of the damage/missing parts/accessories before issuing the replacement.

For scenarios wherein the product received is different from the description mentioned on the product detail page, the PhoneMan.in team will arrange for a pick-up from the customer’s registered location and proceed with replacement as requested.

For scenarios wherein the product received is defective, a resolution will be provided basis the following conditions:

For mobiles, tablets, cameras, accessories, electronics, the resolution will be provided basis the brand technician's report.

In case of desktops and laptops, the PhoneMan.in team will guide the customer and connect them to the brand for online troubleshooting. Resolution will be provided basis the brand technician’s report.

For large appliances and products eligible for home service, the PhoneMan.in team will schedule the technician’s visit to the customer’s registered location and a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s report.

Replacement will be processed only in the following conditions:

For the product where the applicable refund or return window has been exhausted, the product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.

In case of digital products which can store data, the customer must ensure that all personal information from the device is removed before processing the return or replacement of the same. PhoneMan.in shall not be liable in any manner for loss, misuse, or usage of such information.

Product will not be eligible for return in case of buyer's remorse, includes change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.

Product will not be eligible for return or replacement if ‘Non-Returnable or Non-Replaceable’ is mentioned on the product detail page.

Refund will be processed within 2 working Days once the product is received by PhoneMan.in. The applicable refund window may vary, from 7 to 8 working days, depending on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Free gifts will not be eligible for return, and will not be covered under any kind of warranty.

Damage reported for products collected by the customer from store, will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Personal care products will not be eligible for return/replacement due to hygiene reasons.

PhoneMan.in reserves the right, to change, amend or otherwise modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any dispute shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of Court at Hyderabad.

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
